One of the most important thing in general to business is to sufficiently use time management in their services especially for those businesses that always have interaction with customers. (Ian, n.d.). Most problem that faced business services industry is the waiting time. This problem has become part of the service process and it is very hard to improve it. As today customer are getting anxious and intolerance to waiting time in a service that are being offered.
