if there would a changes, the whole organization should be aware of it, the management should make time to explain the changes to their clients/customers. Effective communication with employees is important to ensure the support for changes and to avoid misinterpretation. The more proposed changes the more open and honest communication process needed in the organization and would result building long term relationship with stakeholders. One of the good example of communication is through letter or email, people nowadays has their own access and emails so it is more convenient and easy for the company to sent out to all the clients explaining how the new payment process and the benefits they can get there.
Monitoring all interaction with stakeholders is very complex due to the incredible amount of complex data that must be collected and managed. Relationship with stakeholders is important to ensure transparent and efficient communication.
