When a business has a presence of good communication, it becomes easier for the subordinates to find and connect with the administrative heads.
Even if the business in not on in a proper communication, most of the employees are discouraged to work. Good communication isn’t about blasting a company’s sales pitch on social; it’s a two-way channel where the company has the opportunity to enrich relationships with the employees. For example, a good communication allows subordinates to contact properly with the administrative heads, therefore creating relationships with customers which they will eventually learn from their subordinates.
