Effective diversity management creates an all-embracing culture where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, valued for their contributions and help create a competitive advantage. Diversity management builds on the increased representation and fair employment practices of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action to create cultural evolution and change. It includes and positively impacts everyone. Human resource management is responsible for how people are treated in organizations. It is responsible for bringing people into the organization, helping them perform their work, compensating them for their labors, and solving problems that arise.
